Paid full price up front, September 2020, for entire project(modular home to be placed, with all utilities connected and house completely finished and livable) up front due to ******* Homes of McMinnville not providing the discussed draw schedule to the financing bank. Foundation not placed until January, but had to be repaired before block could be placed. House moved to property in February. House was placed on foundation at end of February. Roof was not completed("dried in") until April, allowing animals and rain into the house. ******* Homes handymen wiped up visible mildew and mold but would not hire inspector to check unseen areas. Siding on house bubbled up due to being stapled too tight. Told ******* Homes handy man about this and he said he'd fix it. Called after more bubbled up. Handy men came to fix again. One fixed piece is currently hanging off the house loosely, with other areas still bubbled up. Crown molding throughout house not joined properly (discussed with handy man but never fixed). Also discussed how main septic drain pipe under house looked like it flowed backwards. Handy man said he'd fix it. Fixed by lifting pipe off hangers and allowing glue to bind with pipe raised. Glue recently failed and the pipe dropped back into the hanger, allowing 115 gallons of raw sewage to drain into crawl space. Handy men stated they wouldn't clean the sewage. Paid for restoration company to sanitize crawl space due to ******* homes not willing(house is still under warranty). Licensed plumbing company quoted that entire septic drainage under house must be replaced due to faulty installation. Called ******* homes today and was told that there is a licensed plumber but he is too backed up and can't get to us. Service coordinator (******) stated that she doesn't know why it's taken us so long to experience a problem if it wasn't installed correctly. Also said they wouldn't call any other licensed plumbers to do the work.
