    On July 24.2022 I had reservation with Comfort Suites Murfreesboro that cost $****** with a check in of three o'clock. I came in around one o'clock because as a diamond member with ******** Hotel I'm afforded a early express check in. When I arrived I was told that my room was not ready. So I said that I would leave and go out to eat. I than came back around four thirty in the after noon. And was again told that my room was not ready. Both desk clerks told me that they had spoken to the head of housekeeping about my room being cleaned. I feel very disappointed in the head housekeeper's customer service. I have been a customer with this hotel for many years.It seems that when the front desk clerks ask her to do her job it falls on deaf ears because she doesn't take customer complaints. I think that she forgets who the customers are because she brings a large goup of her family to the pool area and distrubs the paying customers. When I pay for a service I feel that it should meet or exceed my customer expectations,but in this case I feel they have felled me as a customer.

    My son and I stayed at the Comfort Inn on North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, Tennessee this week. We had a terrible experience. We woke up in the middle of the night to find that we had 4 leaks in our room. It was actually raining in our room. Everything was soaked. I had to put all our clothes in plastic bags. No sleep that night! The manager has yet to call me back! And to beat it all he had his staff inform me (when I followed up after no communication from this hotel) that he is willing to discount the room an insulting 10 percent! What a joke! I would not stay in this hotel nor would I recommend this hotel.

    Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and issues with your recent stay. The guest reported the incident to the front desk and the issues were checked as soon as the guests left the room. The maintenance engineer, senior front desk clerk and general manager checked the room and did not find any wet items nor areas in the room respectively. The carpet in the closet was dry and there were no signs of wet spots in the closet, carpet, ceiling nor room. The head of housekeeper also checked the room and found no wet spots or water damages anywhere. The room has been rented to guests since then and no one has notified us of any leaks nor water damages. The guest was offered 10% discount off the rate by the GM but she refused and wanted full refund. The FD clerk apologized and let her know that only the GM can make any adjustments. The guest then contacted CHOICE and was offered 14,000 points to be used towards her next stay with CHOICE hotels and was made aware that each hotel varies in points from 8-35,000 per night and black out dates apply. She accepted the offer. We appreciate your feedback and will use the information to create an ejoyable experience for each of our guests.

    Shame on you for indicating that your guest and her son are liars.
    I have photographs of room 400 in your hotel. I will be providing those to the Better Business Bureau as a response to your claim that you nor any of your long line of of "competent" staff observed any water damage whatsoever.
    Busted.
    We all make mistakes. The test is whether or not one takes ownership of his/her mistakes. You sir/owner/GM did not.
