    Would give less stars if possible. I paid 2 wrecker bills (one to get the car there and another to get it home), when I refused to pay the outrageous price of $5,800 to get my 2007 ******* Montego back to normal. They had quoted me $242 to reset my computer and I agreed to pay that. I specifically asked them to clear the codes and they said they would. Ol X***** suckered me right in. After the vehicle was already there, then is when they tell me that they won't reset the computer unless I have THEM repair EVERYTHING. They even wanted me to replace my tires and brakes, even though that had nothing to do with the check engine light being on. So, i paid $136 to tow it there, $242 for the shop to try to rob me, plus another $136 tow bill to get it back home. It had not been touched under the hood. I asked and they hadn't even checked the fuel pump. They sent me a message to rate their company. So I rated them honestly. They replied to my complaint via the dealership website. Told me to call them and let them know how to make it right. So I called. Wouldn't you just know it? The guy was out to lunch and would call me back. You guessed it! No returned call. I still love my Fords, but this dealership has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Speaking about mouths, someone had left a Styrofoam cup with sunflower seed hulls in my cup holder. For those still with me, the only way they could make it right would to be refunding my money, including the tow bills. If X***** had not lied to me, I would have taken my car somewhere else. P.s. Current shop rate per hour $198 plus $30 in environmental fees?? They never even opened the hood.

    The customer (******* ****) came to the dealership and spoke with Service Advisor to set an appointment. The appointment was to diagnose the following concern's: 1.) Customer states battery was just replaced, and vehicle seems to run rough after. 2.) Customer states check engine light is on. The customer had the vehicle towed in overnight and the dealership received the vehicle and created the repair order #****** on 02/27/2023 at 7:36 am. The technician was dispatched the repair order and performed the diagnostic per the customer concern and performed a courtesy multi point vehicle inspection. The technician found multiple failure codes for the concerns and performed the required testing. The diagnostic testing led to the following failures: -Both fuel tank sending units had failed -Throttle body failed We also found the following on the courtesy inspection: -All 4 tires are worn to steel cords. -Alignment was out. -Rear tire would barely turn due to caliper seizing, would require further diag. We advised the customer of the needed repairs per the requested diagnosis and of the multi point inspection findings. The customer declined all repairs. The computer can't be cleared or the check engine light due to the failures on the vehicle. The light will not go off until the vehicle is repaired. We diagnosed the vehicle per the customers concerns and provided an estimate to repair. We charged one diagnostic fee and the customer again declined the repair and had the vehicle towed from the dealership.
