Damaged my property and still haven't paid for the damages. Seth and Nathan arrived to install a new split HVAC system ($11,000). I am sitting in my office watching out the window and Nathan kicks the unit down my brick steps!! You could hear them breaking. I have it on security camera. I contacted roscoe brown and they said they would send someone out to inspect and repair after we sent them pics and the video. 2 months later, we had teo quotes and had it repaired. They still haven't returned my calls or paid the invoice. Will be taking them to court, and now they can pay for court costs and my time. Smh. Bad bad business.

Jesse came arrived for my yearly inspection. He completed all tasks and gave me options with explanation on my request for possible replacement of toilets. I would recommend him and Roscoe Brown for my next inspection.

Nathan came out to my house today for my 6 mos. inspection on my two HVAC units. He was great! He explained everything in detail and so that I could understand. He also helped me program my two thermostats and paired them to my cell phone! I hope I get Nathan on my next inspection!

We received our 6-month plumbing inspection and service today. Our technician was Dillon S*******. He was knowledgeable and explained answers to all our questions. He had a great attitude toward customers and we would like to have him back every six months to do our plumbing service. We could tell he was well-trained and capable. We've been Roscoe Brown customers for about twenty years. Dillon is one of the best technicians we've seen. Thanks, Dillon.

Look for another business to do your repairs. They said my ***** on demand hot water unit was bad and needed to be replaced. I replaced with a *****  unit they recommended but purchased myself because they were $600 more than anywhere else. Marey requested that I send back their unit ; which I did and low and behold the unit was in good working condition and refunded every penny of the purchase price even though there was nothing wrong with unit. I have had several problems since. They forgot to install they clean out valves. Then there were other issues with water leaks and the newest one is a propane leak found by my propane company due to them marring the union. I was charged for it not to mention the propane I lost and we all know how expensive propane is right now. When I called Roscoe Brown to inform them they came out and put new part where it was leaking. When I asked for reimbursement for charge by propane company to find leak and for some of the propane. They basically said they would pay $66 for finding leak by the way they charge $99 thru Roscoe Brown and $50 for the lost propane,but they feel like it's not their fault. Then I got upset! I sent them every receipt and pictures. We have had to go without hot water and heat 1 night when it was cold due to these multiple problems. I am home bound disabled and my husband is in end stage kidney failure on dialysis. Look I was not looking for anything free or a hand out. Just fix the problem. You were paid in full. I want to be reimbursed for expenses that were incurred from work that was not done properly. He also told me that the higher ups at Roscoe Brown thought I was looking for something free because they had come out multiple times. If it was done properly the first time we would not be going through this. You are supposed to be the professionals. I trusted you as professional company Not to mention your prices are higher than anyone in area.

Rating is on the asking fee to replace a leaky cold water cut-off valve inside the guest bathroom. Recommendation was to also replace the hot water valve that could start leaking. Cost was $540.00. You heard it right!. I have used RB on A/C work before and very satisfied. However, if they start charging fees like this, they will lose lot of customers. I asked why cost was so high, and the technician said it was by the book. Replacing two water cut-off valves that are easily accessible for $540 is outrageous. I am replacing both valves myself for about $15.

William G**** and his company, Rosco Brown Heating and Cooling, are the best plumbing repair people we have found in this area. WIllilam G**** is personable, skilled and punctual. I would recommend their services to any and all.
