    Action Air is terrible. I called and made an appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window that their technician can be at my house 2-4pm. Nothing after 4. Because of this I took off work and was at home at 130pm. The Technician called and sent a text message at 205pm. Because I was on a conference call I responded to the text, yes to confirm. I then received a message that I had to reschedule because I didnt answer the call. I called the office at 250pm, one hour and 10 minutes still left on my allotted time and they told me due to the rain I had to reschedule, when I said it wasnt raining at my house they said it was due to me not answering the call. When I said I confirmed in a text they said I had to do both answer and confirm the text. This was the owner of the business. This is the second time Action air has done the very same thing, the last time they cancelled my husbands appointment because his was mowing the yard and didnt hear the phone but had confirmed that very morning. question to Action Air exactly how many times di you have to confirm the same appointment? Obviously no ones time is as important as theirs. I will never use them again, there are way to many options in town for this nonsense.

    It is our policy that the customer must answer phone before we place call in progress. Our records indicate that we had tried numerous times to contact homeowner.

    ******* called me 5 times in 8 mins. How about the fact that I called ******* back at 220pm after confirming in a text at 205pm, which left 1 hour and 40 mins on the time I was told was the window that the service tech would come to my house and still ******* refused to keep the appointment. I was also told the weather was the issue. Then that it was the fact that I didn’t answer the phone. Again very poor customer service. In addition the owner wouldn’t even let me talk when trying to explain my needs, she just repeated “ma’am it’s our policy that you answer the phone”
