Business ProfileforFrazier & Deeter, LLC

I receved a Letter dated 11 October 2023. Stating that Frazier and Deeter was hacked and my Name and Social Security number was in a file that that was accessed back in May 2023. They hired *** to enroll you in complimentery credit monitoring. I contacted *** and asked what company had my information and the only thing the lady could do was read the same letter to me word for word. The address where the letter came from "Return Mail Processing Center, PO Box 989728, West Saramento, CA 95798 isn't listed as a location on the F&D Website. I tried to call many numbers at their Nashville and Las Vegas locations and could only leave a message. No return phone calls. I tried many people and no one is answering the phone. I went on their webiste for "contact us" and when you put in your contact information and click on Submit, it does not process and give an error of "Try again later". If this lack security and responsability by F&D is as bad as it seems. I would suggest a class action law suit. Then they might answer their phone and emails etc. I would leave a "0" star review if I could.
