      I started working with *** ******** on May 31, 2022. *** is "Sales and Leasing" person that represents Patty Peck Honda. After working with him for several weeks we agreed to a deal on a 2022 Honda CRV that was being built and would be in transit to the dealership shortly. I was traveling today and received a message from *** that the car had arrived. I explained to him that I was traveling and I would get back with him as soon as possible. After a series of text messages, which I still have, and several phone calls I was assured that the car that I signed a "not a contract" for would not be sold out from under me. I asked my Banker to get in touch with *** to make sure everything was correct so I could travel to Ridgeland, MS on Friday, June 10, to take delivery of the car. Now let's back up just a few hours. When I informed *** that I was paying him in a Cashier's Check from my Bank he said that there would be an additional fee. I told him that an additional "fee" was never discussed and that I would not pay it. *** responded that "that would be fine", just let him know when I was coming. Patty Peck Honda will charge you a fee ($499.00) if you do not finance with them. I was never told this in the prior two weeks of dealing with them. I think this is the worst experience that I have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. In my opinion this fee is illegal and I will get a ruling on that from an Attorney and also from Honda Motor Company. This car was for my Mother who will be a youthful 81 in September. I will never forget the greedy people at Patty Peck. They are the worst in the car business. They do not deserve one star!!!

      Saturday morning at 9:45am I dropped my Chevy Malibu off at Patty Peck Honda for repairs. I went to get a oil change and to figure out why my check engine light came on. ***** ***** wrote up my ticket and promised that my car would be done Saturday. I wanted until 1:00pm for him to tell me that the workers haven’t started on my vehicle so he told me that I could wait until they were done I chose to go home it was around 3:30pm when he called back and said that the workers burned wires on my car from removing the oil pressure sensor so he gave me a loner car for free (keep in mind my car has been at the dealership for 3 days) Sunday they were closed so Monday November 1st I called the dealership asking for ***** he told me that they ordered the new part from chevy and that it was $85 so I said “okay that charge doesn’t go to me because it was something that you all broke?” he told me that I had to pay for it and that my total would be $366.01 I told him I didn’t think it was right for me to pay for something that they broke on my vehicle so he said that he would discount it so Tuesday November 2nd is when my car was ready he called around 4:00pm to tell me that my car was ready I went to go pick up my car and he charged me $385.31 this is including the diagnosis fee that they did not waive like they promised, the oil change that they did not do and the sensor & pigtail that they did not put on correctly I spoke with manager ***** ******* he told me that I had to pay the price because it was my car that malfunctioned they had no parts of burning anything on my car (which was a lie) so after I paid I was furious because something about everything was not right. I got to my car to leave my check engine light came back on and I check the oil pressure & oil life on my car it was still sitting at 51% (I have pictures) I called the dealership to demand a full refund because my car was sitting for 3 days and ***** only gave me a refund of $70.02 for the oil change that the workers did not do and he never gave me my other $300 because he said that a different code popped up dealing with my filter and oil pan they didn’t change nor put on correctly I want all of my money back from this dealership because they didn’t do their jobs on my car ***** made the workers do their jobs on my car but I only got refunded for a oil change I will not do business anymore with this dealership the employees are rude and lazy something needs to be done before I get my lawyer and the courts involved.
