False advertising & possible scam operation: I chose this *** because website shows photo of gutters being cleaned by hand from ladder (not someone taking 10 min to walk roof line and blow out leaves onto lawncreating more work for me to clean up). FAQ's pagestates, "We hand clean all gutters and make sure the downspouts are unclogged," and website states,"When you hire ********************************************* to clean your gutters and downspouts, we'll provide you with before and after pictures of all of your ******************** so you can see what work has been completed without having to climb up on anything to inspect our work."Gutter cleaning scheduled for 11/06/23 on my single-level home. I specifically requested no one get on my ************* be removed by hand from ladder. I was assured this would be no problem.After employee arrived I went outside - he was already on roof starting to blow out gutters. I had to repeatedly ask him to get off the roof. After arguing about it (& repeatedlytelling me "that's not how we do it"), he finally cleaned 2 sides by hand from ladder. I compromised on other 2 sides allowing him to use blower from ladder (no lawn clean up afterwards despite website claims theydo). I gave him $30 for "accommodating" me. No b4/after photos rec'd, so I had to struggle with ladder to check. Leaves were packed in under the brackets; only spaces between gutter brackets had been cleaned. So I had to proceed with lugging ladderaround roofline toclean myself - defeating entire purpose of hiring someone else in the first place (I 'm disabled Sr. ********* called for the before/after photos and was told he must have forgot;and leaves packed under brackets must have blown in there since being cleaned.Hypocritical website claims:"Integrity We operate with integrity and honesty as a foundation to everything we do.
