Bought a Westin Grille Guard from etrailer, had an appointment set up with B-Trailer. The guy on the phone stating $155 for an hour. I went there around 11-ish, my truck didn't get the work started at 12 something. The guy was installing the part had an issue finding the correct installation instructions, didn't know how to install the part, took him 2 hours just to read the manual, cutting the bumper to custom fit, what a waste of time, is this what a professional would do? Wasting as much as time as they can just to charge you for the service. I even helped the mechanic installed the part at the end of the service. I asked the store manager ***** walking me through why am I getting charged $580, he told me that I was there 5 hours, he didn't bill for 5 hours, he only billed me 3.5 hours. I'm like I was there around 11: 15 and my truck didn't get service until 12-ish. Their business closes at 4 where did he get the 5 hours from. They billed me $540 + tax it came around $580. Just because of an un-trained mechanic wasting time s******* around and they charged me a fortune. It's an unprofessional business for anyone out there to use it. I bought the part at $850. It costed me more than half of what I'm paying for the part. It's ridiculous for them to charge me this much it should of been only $155 plus tax if the mechanic is certified to perform the job correctly. I don't recommend anybody to use this business for anything because of how they scam you for the charge not reasonable.
