We had a great experience working with the whole team from Clear Choice Restoration from start to finish. I plan to use them in the future should the need ever arise again. We had our roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and garage door replaced. I highly recommend this company for their workmanship and customer service.

Clear choice replaced the roof on our house, as part of an insurance claim, and they were very speedy and amazing to work with. John came out to help us pick out the roofing material and did a fantastic job walking us through the whole process. He was also extremely responsive to any questions we had via text or email. Nicky was super helpful with informing us of next steps and billing. Overall, this was-by far- the best interaction I've had with a restoration/remodeling company. I HIGHLY recommend Clear choice to anyone, and we'll be working with them in the future.Review from Kevin C

The siding and roofing of my house was damaged in a hail storm. I called my insurance company and the referred me to Clear Choice Restoration. Their team handled everything efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about anything. They worked directly with my insurer, making sure that I was receiving the full benefit of the claim. All work was started and finished on schedule and their work was impeccable! The need to have my roof replaced due to storm damage started out to be a very unsettling task. Clear Choice Restoration quickly turned that around. Every individual person I dealt with quickly put me at ease, making sure I understood every step involved before it began. Their communication with me was superior. Everything happened exactly when they said it would, except for a slight delay due to the weather. Even then, they were in constant communication with me. Not only were they professional, they treated me with respect, and I also found it refreshing that each person on their staff acted like they truly enjoyed their job .Clear Choice Restoration Response

One of the best companies I've worked with. With all the recent new roofs due to hail damage, I've seen neighbors struggle with different roofing companies. Clear choice went to bat fir us againt our insurance denial. They helped us get a second appraisal and roof coverage. We have a beautiful roof now. The crew were all professional and fast. Clear Choice was recommended by Farmers insurance to replace our hail damaged roof. We were completely satisfied with the process from start to finish. I hired Clear Choice Restoration for an insurance claim that included replacing the siding. The house had two layers of siding, the inner layer was original clapboard and lead-based paint. The crew failed to follow lead paint remediation practices and contaminated my entire yard with lead-based paint chips. They came out twice to "clean up" the lead paint - both times failed to reasonably clean up the lead paint chips. They then claim another contractor caused the lead paint contamination, quit the job without notice, and refuse to file a claim with their insurance company to cover the cost of cleaning up the lead paint chips they failed to contain. IMO, they are trying to get out of their responsibility to clean up the lead contamination. If you have a house that may have lead-based paint, I think you should avoid Clear Choice Restoration at all costs.Clear Choice Restoration Response

************,As discussed several times we did follow lead safe practices when we removed your siding. Our team put down Poly and wore protective suits and we vacuumed your yard and driveway twice with a HEPA vacuum. We then came back a third time and raked and cleaned through all your landscaping and removed all the dead leaves from the winter, etc... We even offered to pay an independent 3 party company to come test the soil for lead to address your concerns and then if any contamination was found, do whatever is necessary to correct the problem but you declined our offer and instead are refusing to pay for the Roof and siding work we completed and are instead writing our First and ONLY negative review on BOTH ****** and the ** BBB sites. For the record we completed your roof over 2 months ago and you still have not paid us a *****. We have done everything we can to try and make you happy but once you got the final bill now all of a sudden out of no where, there is this accusation of soil contamination, but yet we can not test the soil and you will not allow ** to do anything to fix it if there is?Review from Margaret H

Clear Choice Restoration was highly recommended to us and they lived up to the hype. **** was our contact person. Plus, the entire team, ***** and *****, were on task when their roles became necessary. **** was in constant communication with ** from our first contact until the end of the project. He is a good and timely communicator. His expertise and professionalism showed throughout the various items we needed to complete. **** was willing to work with our insurance company from the beginning all the way through to the final invoice. I was very impressed with everyone from **** my adjuster to the lady in the office. They answered all my concerns in a professional and caring way. I also watched as every roof in my neighborhood was put on not a one was as professional and good at their job as clear choices team was. Thanks again!
