Complaint
Easco provides terrible customer service.
Easco refuses to answer phone calls from customers. I've tried contacting them on eleven occasions during normal business hours and only twice did they answer. Easco doesn't honor commitments. They scheduled an appointment at my house for 9:00am during the work week (which required me to take a morning off of work) and never showed up. They did not call to say they were not going to show. After trying to contact them multiple times to ask why they didn't show up, they eventually answered the phone and said "we must have forgot". No apology. They are not accountable. I've been waiting for service for multiple weeks and they don't call back to confirm an appointment.

Desired Settlement
All I'm asking for is for them to call me back, schedule an appointment, show up for the appointment and perform the service. Basically asking them to do their job which they've failed at multiple times over an extended period of time.

Business Response
Easco installed the plumbing & heating on a new home **** ****** purchased through a general contractor.
To ensure the job was completed to the customers satisfaction we provided a final walk through with **** ******, walk through has been completed he was satisfied with the quality of the work and had no service requests.

We did contact **** ****** in a timely manner for the first appointment to do the walk through, but
unfortunately there was a scheduling conflict and we missed the appointment. After we realized the
first appointment was missed we rescheduled as soon as possible.
