I had a horrible experience here. First I had a bait and switch situation with the Vbeam laser. I asked for a quote for face, chest, and stomach, they quoted me $450 for chest/face, which I thought was weird but I was rushed out there door. (Entire appointment only took 7 minutes). Then when I went back to schedule, I was told that the $450 was only for the face and that they never quoted me on more (picture attached of the quote). They said that they would do partial face/chest/stomach for that price instead. I was asked to strip and was not offered a gown immediately until I refused to strip. I felt extremely uncomfortable. At the end of the procedure the doctor said that the assistant would give me some gel. Once she left the room the assistant refused to put gel on my face. Her feedback was that she didnt think that I needed it. I had to insist that the doctor said it would be put on. Afterwards my face completely blew up for a week and I had to go on prednisone. Now weeks later I still have red marks on my cheeks and looking at them closely realized that they are from veins. I did not have these marks/veins in this spot before the procedure, so it actually made what I wanted to treat worse. This procedure occurred on April 28th.Desired resolution is refund, money for pain and suffering and to cover this to get fixed.
