              My lifetouch did my child's school sport pictures. I ordered the pictures with her name spelled correctly when I received the pictures 3 items has her misspelled... I have tried to call and online chat with company with no luck of an answer. I spent over 60 dollars on these pictures and I would like for her name to be corrected and a discount for the trouble I have had to go through. This was taken place in ************** **.               Did a portrait session on JCPenney and the photos were supposed to be mailed from Lifetouch. Called Lifetouch the next day morning to cancel the shipping and credit me back the money. **************** agreed and received the order confirmation that it was cancelled . Here comes the alert after late evening saying your photos were just shipped. Called back Lifetouch he said it was" too late" as the order was shipped already and they wanted me to destroy the photos and send them a picture proof for them to refund me. Negligence caused by them and the audacity to tell me so. And top of that horrible customer service from *****.
