We moved Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from ******* to ******************, **. We contracted them to move our entire 3 bed, 2 bath home and gave detailed descriptions of the furniture and items that they were to move. We paid $1760 for this move.Dispute: ******** called to say they were going to be 25 minutes late, but ended up being over an hour late with no additional update. Despite detailed description of items to be moved, they did not bring a big enough truck, nor did they offer to go back to get the rest of our items. ******** fought amongst themselves about how to pack everything and were inefficient. They left items and their own trash strewn around our house and did not offer to consolidate them in one area. They were unable to deconstruct our bed and the owner *** stated to me maybe your husband or whoever put the bed together can come and take it apart insinuating that as a woman, I could not do this. This sexist comment was very disrespectful. They left it half assembled and I dissembled it myself after they left. They had also brought some of the pieces with them leaving our bed at two different houses. When they arrived at the new house, despite instructions from my husband two of our beds ended ** in the incorrect room and floor. Despite this being included in previous moves with this company they did not reassemble my daughters bed when they arrived and instead hurried out.When I gave this feedback to *** on the phone, he dismissed nearly every claim as inaccurate, made excuses for being late and arguing with the crew and essentially said that I was lying about my experience or making this ** in order to discredit their company. I explained that we chose them to move us as we had great experiences the last two times and would have settled for an acknowledgement of wrongdoing and an apology, instead he shamed me for sending feedback and denied any wrongdoing.
