My wife and I had a great experience working with Key Land homes and their staff! We bought an existing model home, and the process was smooth from start to finish and were able to move into our beautiful new home in less than a month! We worked with Lanette as our sales consultant (both us and our realtor) and she was fantastic to work with. Upon closing we also had an extensive walkthrough with Tom, who did a great job showing us the in's and out's of our house and how to take care of it. Both of them were very professional and were committed to making sure our experience was excellent! My wife and I can't say enough about Key Land Homes and are ready to start enjoying our home! Thanks again!

Can't speak highly enough of KeyLand. My wife and I were in a position to not be able to move into a home for about 8-10 months. We took the opportunity to build our next home and came across KeyLand. Right away we notice the KeyLand difference with the attention to detail in craftsmanship and willingness to work with you. We were continually surprised by their commitment to our satisfaction and exceeded all of our exceptions. Now that we've closed and are in our forever home, we could not be more happy. My realtor suggested Key Land Homes to rebuild our home after it had burned last December. They showed the upmost respect and dedication that our new home was built in six(6) months after the demolition. When we met, they had already organized all of the external contacts for appointments and what order to follow, from exterior to the interior. When we did our closing walkthrough, they instructed us how to care for our home and on their website, they have instructional videos. This level of care shows that it's not just about the customer, it's also about the pride they have in what they build for their customers. Compared to our old house, the new house was built with the upmost professionalism, pride, and care. I highly recommend Key Land Homes to anyone needing their home built!Key Land Homes Response

We enjoyed working with Keyland. We love our new home. Working with all the Keyland staff was a very positive experience. Despite the COVID delays, the staff did everything they could to move forward as soon as possible. We chose a plan we were able to customize and Keyland staff offered ideas which were very helpful. We had some issues at move in and Keyland staff were there immediately to resolve them. This is the fourth home we have built. Working with Keyland was the best experience we have had. Working with Keyland is like being apart of the Keyland community. We are happy to be here and defiintiely recommend building with Keyland.Key Land Homes Response

We had a great experience working with Keyland Homes! From start to finish, everyone was responsive, helpful and friendly! It was great having lots of options for a base floor plan, with the ability to change it/customize it to meet our needs. E.g. we built the "Berkshire" plan and converted the basement storage space to a wet bar area. Rod Boone, the agent, was so knowledgeable about the whole process and offered lots of helpful tips to make our dream house work within our budget. The end result was better than we imagined. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Keyland Homes to anyone!Key Land Homes Response
