Owner was very pushy and rude towards our business. He wanted things done his way on his schedule only. When he didn't agree with decisions he would hang up the phone on us. His invoices were not broke out between labor and materials, which lead the question of actual costs. I would never recommend this person to do any other job. Find someone who is more pleasant to do your work.

Hello, I am sorry you feel the way you do, however I was never rude to you in anyway, you folks chose a product then did not like the product once dropped off at the Church. I got a call from the Maintenace guy asking if i can return the product, the company I buy it from said no. Then I recived a call from Father asking to return the product or eat it within my company and I cannot do that as I am just a small company as I told you, you also made comment that if I did not take said product back you would no longer do business with me. I then called the place I buy from and talked to the head guys and came up with a remedy, however you refused that and said we will just keep what we have and said that you will not have a check till Friday. I then said ok and hung up. I do not break down any invoice for anyone I give a total price and that was all good until you did not get your way. To speak about on my schedule yes it needs to be done on my time frame when it fits in that is the way it works. Again you all were very happy with everything we have done in the Church until you did not like the product that I in fact told the Office personal and Maintenace personal folks it was not the right choice and was told well that is what we want. I strive on customer service and being upfront. Have a great Day.
