9/27/2021 Done Right worked for 3 hours removing sewage soaked items from my basement. **** scribble a quote on a piece of paper for 5 continuous days of work and multiple truck loads to remove damage items. I need this work completed as a physically disable woman which lives alone I could not complete the work . A Properyty manager stopped by to review the lack of work that Done Right had completed on 9/27/21. The fire department came on that day also and said with all the sewage still on the floor that it was not safe for my dog and I to sleep in the house that night. **** never returned until 10/1/2021 to pick up his fans that he had left at my home for 5 days. I told him since he did not return that I had my basement cleaned and he could take his fans and leave my property. **** became very verbally abusive and my friend that was there at the time and I were scared. I went into the house and wrote a check and note stating that he was paid in full the amount of $3,024.00. This was and error on my behalf, as I only wanted to pay ********. I was scared and just wanted him to leave I forgot about the $1,000.00 down payment that I made on 9/27/2021. **** wanted the $6,000.00 , I told him he had never provided me with a billing statement of work completed on 9/27/21, and had not returned to complete any of the other bid upon work. He then said he wanted the blank billing sheet from 9/27/2021 ,I told him no and he started yelling at me again. I told him to complete one dated 10/1/2021 and he refused. **** then went into my basement while yelled down to get off my property. He filmed the cleaned work in my basement that Done Right did not perform stating what a good job it was. Upon returning upstairs I repeatedly told him to leave my property. **** then attempted to enter my house again as I stood in the door way and I told him to leave and he pushed me as he tried to enter, I pushed on him until he finally backed up from my doorway.
