              I placed an order online, and one of the items was the wrong item. When I contacted them to get the correct one, I was told the item I selected was incorrectly priced on their site, and I had to pay extra to get it. Unfortunately I did so, albeit under protest, because the part isn't sold anywhere else, and would've made the other items from my order useless. Highly unethical solution, in my view.
