I will be filing a claim w/ small claims court of ****** County, this next week for one reason and, that is I am far too busy with the school board in full force next week, and I simply can't get down there tomorrow or Wednesday, to meet with the Better Business Bureau representative. Just do a little research on my name and you'll see I don't have time. My stepdaughter's car was in this shop in *********, ** for service for 7 1/2 days, before the owner of this business, had it towed out three days ago with no disclosure made to me or any parties involved. I will mention quoted words from my last call's discussion with a good friend. Shame filled but accurate,"no notice given", "automotive service shop", "special rules that apply in **", "private property", "misdemeanor", and the reader for good purpose will see justice actually can be served swift through Statute, in ********* Law. This time, day and age where everything can and is recorded for convenience will prove to be instead, a big loss for businesses that disregard the actual value of customers. Never judge a car or owner by an appearance, especially when you haven't met the driver's family or any of their attempts. Despite our family's efforts to communicate, still no verbal response for what we asked. Two times the female employee, repeated "someone would get back to my daughter",and "the car had been looked at", yet this owner never replied and had it towed instead to unknown property. The first mentioned price of $650 followed. But the car wasn't fixed and it's now at some sort of a tow lot. I actually am having difficulty understanding this whirlwind of bad mentality/ business in a matter of seven days. I will be back to update/ upload next week. Hopefully my daughter's story help's stop this terrifying and absolutely criminal behavior in a small neck of the automotive ***** in ********* service. In the meantime never use one AAA's vendors if their name starts with honest,actually ******** Auto is#1!

To whom this may concern- The customer fill-out an incomplete form for the night drop with a name no address/phone number or keys with no concern. The Store Manager talked to customer and customer stated that the tow company was not to drop vehicle off at repair shop. The vehicle was to be dropped off outside of another parking lot per customer. The customer's vehicle was at our business with no info. The repair shop had no choice but to tow out of our parking lot.
