      The dealership posted the price of the car I was interested for a specific amount and when I got to the dealership which is 1.5 hours away the price was different because I didn’t meet the trade in discount or finance discount requirements. (My car had too many miles on it for the trade-in discount and I was planning on paying cash and not financing thus I didn’t get the finance discount.) I should have read the fine print on cars.com where the dealership can put notes but I didn’t. I was using cars.com and going strictly off their DealGuage metric on their app. They were saying this was a “great deal.” A vehicle shouldn’t be listed as a “great deal” if there are stipulations that need to be met for that deal. The price should be the offer price and then the sales rep can use “financing option” as a selling point along with “trade in bonus” as a selling point. In my mind, when the dealership posts their price lower than actual, they are reaping in the benefits of cars.com “deal gauge” in that it will state it’s a good deal even though stipulations have to be met. It’s very misleading to the consumer. I drove 1.5 hours with the intention of getting that “great deal” but wasn’t aware of the stipulations until I got there. Partly my fault for not reading in-between the lines but I think it’s wrong for the dealer to utilize a third party’s rating system by using a price that is only accurate if certain stipulations are met. Now I know why people hate buying cars. Both the sales man and sales manager were great, courteous and kind and did what they could to close this deal and make me happy. My biggest gripe is the methods used by marketing to get consumers in the door.

      Awesome experience at Mills Ford in Baxter, MN. We walked in, went for a test drive and left with our new vehicle in the same day. Our salesman was extremely friendly and nice as well as everyone involved in the sale. We will be coming back when we need another vehicle.

      I would recommend Mills Motor to anyone! Our experience was excellent. Our salesman was top notch, the sales manager was top notch. The receptionist was top notch and very friendly. We were offered an excellent price on our trade in which was nice as normally they low ball the trade in and lower the purchase price. Our salesman was so patient and on top of everything! An excellent shopping experience!

      The entire staff who comprises this “professional” business has no regard for the satisfaction of their customer. They have made it impossible for me to even inquire as to the status of a part I ordered over a week ago. No return calls, no answer multiple times over two days, despite my being patient and polite. I cannot drive my vehicle without this part. The least I expect is a response. Disrespectful and unprofessional EVERY time.

      We researched ******* Fausers concern and situation. Sometime between Christmas and New Years, one of our Parts Team Members at Mills **** in Brainerd tried to order the module requested by ****************. Our Parts Team Member gave him a concrete date as to when **************** could expect this part to arrive. This was an error on our Team Members part, as currently we cannot confirm exactly when or if we may receive any parts order based on todays current state of the *** and non-*** manufacturers and parts availability. **************** was extremely upset when he came into our Mills **** Baxter dealership, following up on his part order and that it had not arrived yet. We attempted to explain the situation and determine where this order was, to no avail. **************** was swearing and extremely upset. We refunded his money on the spot based on his upset and treatment of our Service Manager. We certainly apologize, and did apologize, for his experience and for the delay in getting the part he wanted. In hindsight and after the fact, our Parts Team Member acknowledged that he did not complete the order properly in the ordering system and the part was never ordered. We are working with this Team Member on further training as he is brand new to this department. We are unaware of any unprofessionalism or disrespect by any of our Team Members while interacting with ****************. We have been in business since **** and our daily goal is to provide each of Guests with a world class experience. We absolutely apologize to **************** for this error, and that we did not meet his expectations.
