I purchase a Silverado 2022 3500HD high county for $81,000 with ****** miles (we decided to go with this one because 0 miles wasnt available )Before we close the deal i told them the spare key wasnt there for some reason, so they contact the previous owner and said he will dropping back in next day also as part of the deal they will provide the liners, so we close the deal with the promise they will call me in few days to drive there just ones and get all done Its passed 15 days and not getting this done yet besides excuses the previous owner didnt bring back the spare key yet! I suggest them to order a new one then because I cant keep waiting this is a business truck and if i end with a flat tire on the road i can even use my spare tire because I didnt have the key I messaged to sales guy never back to me I called the sales manager and just told me to get into it , two days later i end calling again and leave a message to manager and nobody give me solution to this problem I will appreciate if you can get into it and maybe will get this issue fix as soon as possible, terrible costumer service and never go through their promise
