      Worst Service department when dealing with customers. They say they'll call and never do - they've had the car for over a month and have left us two messages that it was fixed - but when we go there - it is never ready. They evidently don't care about service once they sell you a vehicle and will be sharing this experience and warning all with the poor service experience. If I could go negative on the stars I would. We cannot get any response as when I demand a return call they ask me if I'm making a threat? I may have a bit colorful making the point of my frustration - but I have made no threats and as they record calls - they can verify that!

      Terrible experience. Had reserved a car and when I came in to purchase it they had sold it the previous day. This is with several emails making sure this would NOT happen.

      I am very disappointed with how difficult it has been trying to purchase a vehicle through Luther Brookdale Honda. The salesman said there were some 2024 Honda CRV EX-L "in transit". I was promised a delivery date for the week of September 19th-22nd. I wanted to purchase from them because they were able to give me the earliest delivery date, sooner than other dealerships I contacted. This was an easy sale. I didn't even test drive the 2024 Honda CRV EX-L at Luther Brookdale Honda, due to it being unavailable. I called and spoke to the salesman that answered the phone (Victor) and told him what I was looking for and that I needed it ASAP. I would like to know if they record phone conversations that the car salesmen have? Being promised something and failing to follow through with that promise, is not acceptable. He even told me that management was telling him not to give me an update and that he was doing me a favor by telling me the vehicle was not going to be ready. I replied and said he absolutely needs to update me because I was driving a rental and I had to get an extension on the rental due to the vehicle still not being ready. I feel Victor said it would be an earlier delivery date just to make the sale. He knew I was looking for a dealership that could get the car in the fastest. It's easy to tell someone an earlier date, in order to make a sale. Saying it is delayed was an easy way to pass the buck. Whether this is what happened or not, this is how I feel. I am very turned off from ever buying a new vehicle again and I don't want another person to have to go through this experience at this dealership. -Autumn ******

      Beware of fraudulent, predatory sales practices, price gouging, optional addons that are not optional, and dismissive finance and sales management. In summery luther under valued our trade, no negotiating on full MSRP for the vehicle, dealer added options are not optional, priced gouged on "options" added to the vehicle, conned us into purchasing a warranty without giving us the full 20 page contract, only gave us the first page. Long story short, we bought a second new Honda vehicle from Luther. When we started the negotiating process we made it clear we did not want purchase options at this time, just the vehicle, Luther reassured us this would not be an issue. Once in financing the "dealer added options" were added to the vehicle without our consent, and they were not optional "they (options) are added to all high demand vehicles. The "options" added were. -Front Window Tent ($299) -3m Paint protection film ($699) -Pulse ($299) -Honda Door Trim ($499) -Honda all season propack ($699) Regarding the price gouging, the door trim is a honda factory option that cost $253. The all season propak MSRP is $264. There is little information regarding "pulse" online but it required the factory brake light wiring harness to be cut to facilitate install. When We brought these concerns to the attention of the finance manager, Chris A*******, we was dismissive and short with us. No information was shared with us regarding the "dealer added options", Luther conned my partner into purchasing a "service guard" extended warranty on the vehicle for $3092, where honda care has a higher customer satisfaction rating and cost less than half of what service guard cost. The dealer also did not share the full contract for service guard with my partner. I had to scour the internet to find it. Fortunately we were able to cancel service guard for a full refund, that has yet to be processed almost a month later.
