    Very Disappointed and frustrated!When I bought my truck from Kolar in 2017, I also bought the rust proofing package. The salesmen stated if you get any rust, it will be covered, also never stated that it had to be checked yearly.6 Years later noticed rust on my wheel *****. I had to see ***** the service manager to find out if the wheel ***** were covered under warranty. After 4 weeks of waiting, mind you that I went there every week for answers. I was finally told by ***** that the wheel ***** would not be covered do to it is not rusting from the inside out. I decided to look under the truck, found my rocker panels were starting to rust also. I brought it back to Kolar and **** took pictures and was going to show them to ***** on Monday. 2 weeks later, (mind you I called *** Kolar Owner and ****** General Manger every day to discuss the situation, but never got a response from them.) When I spoke to *****, he started the rocker panels would be covered. I took my truck to one of the places they recommended, got a quote. Returned to Kolar to give ***** the quote he was going to talk to the body shop and set everything up. Well 4 weeks later I finally called *****, he stated that the rocker panels would not be covered either, for the same reason.I called a friend that does R.P and asked him to look at my truck. He noticed a lot of rust by seams and paint peeling underneath. Then he looked for the inhipuater, the hood and drivers side had it, but the tailgate and the passager side had NOTHING! I have had other problems with the service department, they never seem to find problems that I have with my truck. There is little to no commutation with the mechanic, to explain what I feel, hear, or see with the truck.Salesmen need to know what they are selling to the customer and what the warranty's covers."You're not only getting a car, You're getting Kolar"... until you sign the paperwork then they are gone.

    In my 74 years have never had an auto establishment that did not listen to what I told them the car was doing, did not check the obvious towards fixing that but went by their own list thereby wasting a day and a half and charging me, took 2 1/2 days for something that should have been done in a couple of hours and "NEVER" got a return call from the service manager even though I requested 3 times that he call me during that 2 1/2days! Will never return there. Have had businesses that I've been displeased with in my lifetime and it's been rare, but this was a blatant disregard for me and my needs and the worst experience I've ever had.
