Don't trust these people, I ordered a part didn't use it, I sent it back and they said I installed the part, but the part went back to the distribution center not appliance depot. I called Marcone they said they don't do any work on parts only a third-party distribution center they told me I will have to deal with appliance depot. Appliance depot sent an email saying part was used and will be destroyed and they didn't even have the part to check it, they wouldn't even answer phone calls or emails. Well I believe the part gets sent back to this business and they resell it and the customer is out of luck quite a scam I wouldn't buy anything from them

I had a wonderful experience, I have been trying to fix my dishwasher on my own. Appliance Depot was very knowledgable on replacement part options, they educated me and helped my find a good part at a fair price. After receiving parts from other places 3 times prior, we were beyond happy when Appliance Depot got it right the 1st time and our dishwasher runs better than ever!! While I was picking up that part I asked them questions about my washing machine giving me issues - they suggested a quick fix with a part that they are shipping directly to my home. I am excited to install it as I know they got it right! Thank you, we will always come back!

Terrible customer service!! Worst place. Won’t help resolve. Quickly said, sorry I can’t do anything. I am in service, not what I would say!!!

I Called for a part available on their webpage and requested a shipping cost quote. Ron kept my phone number to call me back with the shipping quote. Next day pass by and no response from Ron. I called them back just to realize that the part wasn't available as they stated at their webpage. I ask Ron why he kept my phone number if he did not had intentions to call me back. He just told me that the issue here was that the part wasn't available and hang me up. Tried to call them back to speak to a supervisor and let them know about Ron's bad attitude and they hanged my call more than 10 times. Finally I wasnt able to call again because they block my phone number. They protect employee's bad actitudes instead of try to keep a customer. This is a company with a bad customer service and with a poor updated webpage. People, be advice that this company do not follow up customers request's if they are not going to make money. If the do not make money, they do not care about your needs. I was in a rush to find the part I needed but they did not care. Your money is all they care, not your needs. I do not want to imagine how they take care about part's warranties (Good luck on this). Go and Find another store that cares about your needs more than your money.

Bought a gas range from them. It had a defect that was beyond there control that made it unusable. I called them at 430 pm and they said that the repair guys had left for the evening but one would call me in the morning. At 9 am a tech called and said he was going to order a part overnight. I was fine with that but I mentioned that it was a sober house and 9 guys lived there. He then said I'll be right over to see what I can do. He was there in 2 hours and the range was working. Amazing service!!! They stand by there products and customers. I would recommend them to anybody who want a personal, professional and quallity appliance company with prompt service.
