Not impressed with customer relations/service. Purchased a powder coated trap that arrived chipped and peeling. Cindy's resolution was for me to buy paint to cover it up. When I said I wanted the company to send me a new trap, she replied they would not guarantee another trap wouldn't have the same chipping issue. Pretty lazy, not looking over your inventory before you ship it out. (And yes, they did offer a refund....but I do wonder if they would dock me the return shipping fees?). Unfortunately, since I banked on the tomahawk name, I donated two other traps I had to a local rescue (bc I no longer go out to do multiple trappings like I once did)...and OF COURSE no sooner than that happened I found my self in need of a trap...so I'm stuck with the one from tomahawk. So you ask, what did I actually expect? Well, if I was telling someone to buy paint, I'd immediately follow it up with: we're refunding you $10 for the paint and your time. Or I'd go through the inventory to look for an intact trap....Or I'd offer a discount. Needless to say my recent purchases (for myself and for an organization in NY) will be my last.

Customer was offered a full refund and refused it. Every product that is shipped to a customer is inspected and in excellent condition when it leaves the factory. The powder coat chipping certainly happened during shipping. Our sales rep simply offered a solution that for most people would be very acceptable.
