Business ProfileforPool Sharks

I have a Polaris that needed to be fixed. I called the company who provided me with a list of shops that can fix it. I went to pool sharks , dropped it with ****** in February 2022. I didn't get it until end of March. When I tried home, it was still not working. I returned back and left it with them. I didn't hear from them for 4 weeks, I called and they said ****** will call me back. 2 weeks passes and no one called. I went to the shop. ****** was rude and when asked why I wasn't called back for status update, ****** proceeded to say: I will not call you back since I don't have any updates. When asked about timeline, ****** proceeded to say I haven't looked at it and I don't know when I will look at it! When I asked who I can talk to above him, the employee in shop said he is the manager. He was rude and disrespectful, and he has been trying to fix it for 4 months. It is clear that he doesn't know how to fix and he is wasting my time, and his attitude is totally unprofessional. Polaris company sent me to another company who fixed it in 2 weeks and apparently 2 pins were taken out of my motor and this is why it was working. Not only ****** from pool sharks didn't fix my Polaris, but actually failed to put pins back in place. Service of pool shark outrageous and the way he treated me was humiliating and disrespectful in front of other customer. I tried to complain with any supervisor, but my efforts went to avail because he is the highest in his position. He actually caused me harm by not using my Polaris for 4 months, he didn't fix it , and humiliated infront of others, and then took pins out from the Polaris and didn't return them back. I don't know how to hold him responsible for his actions and to prevent this from happening to others.
