            We moved into our home in 2020 and this company replaced our windows. I've called multiple times. There were pieces hanging off the windows and caulk smudged in may areas (please see photos). I waited for almost a year until someone came to "clean up their work". There was a lack of communication as to when they would come and our security informed us that someone was on our property. I'm very disappointed.

            Quality of service is very poor, install a substandard water heater that did not work, did not correctly repair the minor work to be done on the roof per the home inspection report. Causing me much delay in selling the home. I'm very dissatisfy with this company. I asked for photo proofs of the work and receipt on materials of which I have not received. A potential buyer decline to buy the home because of no hot water. This has been a bad experience, loosing money and time.

            Installed water tank & noticed it wasn't getting as hot as it should have been. Removed tank, as requested, & found that someone had turned tank on tank prior to the tank having water in it., which fouled out an element. Work on second report was not consistent with work on 1st report. I always try to satisfy my customers. A lot of work was done above & beyond that wasn't charged for.

            I have receive a refund on the defective hot water tank. The property is empty(no occupants),my question is how some one turn on the hot water tank without water when his crew were there performing the work? No disrespect to the company, there was simple problem whereby they forgot to turn on the water supply for the ice maker( newly install refrigerator), I call ****** to have their tech people come out to turn on the water supply, They discover that water supply was turn off, after Gary, the owner of this company inform me that everything was working. In conclusion lesson learn not to paid anyone until the work is complete and satisfactory.
