This issue has happened in the past as well. This particular issue happened today. On both of these instances I had/have auto pay set up on my account to pay my electrical bills, I have one for the house and one for my shop. The first time this instance happened they turned off the electrical to my house but took the auto pay for my shop. I was in ******* at that time and I had to work it with my daughter who was back at home to get power restored. The second instance happened today, however this time they cut power to the shop but left power on to the house, once again they are both set up on auto pay and were set up at the same time. Not then or not even now can anyone tell me why the auto pay did not work. I was however charged a reconnection fee, a convenience fee as well. There seems to be no oversite at this place, no consequences for their mistakes but for the consumer, your electrical gets turned off and you pay the reconnection feeds.I would have been on solar, off the grid yearssssss ago just to rid myself from dealing with this company!!!!
