This company was hired to repair 3 cracked tiles in my kitchen. They immediately contacted me to set up an appointment, then quickly sent someone out to take measurements, so very good business "in the beginning". However, the day of service (9/30/2022) was the WORST experience ever!! They sent 4 workers who couldn't speak or understand English, so the communication was nonexistent. These people used some type of drilling machine to tear up the flooring which ultimately ruined all of my furniture. I live in an open concept house and they didn't bother to put protective covering down or even advise me to do so before the appointment, I was only told to remove everything from the kitchen floor. The machine they used threw up so much dust/soot over my entire house, this stuff literally got in every single bedroom, with the exception of the one upstairs. Looks like the house was involved in a fire.This was so unprofessional and careless! I reached out and was told "it's under investigation". If it's under investigation why hasn't anyone come out to assess my damages or even bother to contact me?? Very poor business practices!! & the floor wasn't laid properly either, it's bulging and uneven in at least 10 places, but my main concern is my furniture!
