    The Ice Maker on my Kitchen Aide Refrigerator/freezer had stopped making ice and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. I contacted All Major Appliance. They informed me that a one time $110.00 fee would be due, if it was something small that could be fixedI w/o going to the truck that would be all I owed for that visit.On 6/3/2022 ****** D came out, said I needed a ************* fan which I purchased for $329.14. on 06/16/22 ****** installed the parts, said as soon as the refrigerator cool it would start making ice. 06/24/22 the ********************** had stopped working, everything had unthawed. I sent an email that night to inform them of the situation. I spoke with the office 06/27/22 and advised them that I wanted someone else to take a look at the refrigerator because each time ****** came out the problem got worse. (he had been out 3 times).**** came out 07/05/22 he said it needed a condenser and the freon hoses for the refrigerator/freezer needed replacing. He couldn't tell me how much it cost to replace those items. He said they worked by the job because some people worked slower than others. I asked his hourly rates he said they didn't work by the hr. All he could tell me was I didn't have to pay for the parts. I told him that I couldn't allow him to replace the parts unless I knew what it would cost. **** said he would try to get me a refund but I haven't heard anything from them. I paid $449.86 and lost food because they never fixed my refrigerator. They just made it worse, each time they came out they found something else wrong with it. If they had told me all that was wrong with the refrigerator the 1st time I never would have invested that much money into it. At 1st they told me it would be $110, when they got here it was $120.72, I've never had anyone to chg tax on Svc chg especially when they don't fix anything. Usually it goes toward the price if they fix the problem. It sound like FRAUD to me. I had to buy another fridge.

    Cancelled my warranty repair for my kitchen appliance and waited until it was out of first year repair labor cost. Told the Manufacturer that I cancelled the repair (Yeah,right). I have to refile warranty claim, and now the labor costs are NOT covered. I feel they did this on purpose, so I hired a reputable appliance repair company and paid for it myself.
