    Long Easter weekend Saturday. Called Mr. ********************** to fix the backed up drainage.Young arrogant, inexperienced, pompous service guy arrived. Walked into the house, took his shoes off, no tools, no drop-sheets, quickly looked around & estimated right away this would cost us about $800.00 (ended up paying $1000.00).After 4 long hours of walking in & out of our home, taking his shoes off, finally told him to just walk in as it was cold outside. He never brought all the tools in nor did he put down drop sheets. Then he says there is nothing he can do anymore as did everything possible to fix it,. You can't just leave us with the blocked drainage? Things are now getting testy. Finally the owner came got the drainage flowing but extra outside work needed to be done another day. 10 days later they came to dig up the outside & underneath. This bill was about $2500.00 which was paid by the park. We were guaranteed it was FIXED and it would NEVER block again. *********** was also present when that was promised. Wrong! A week later it backed up again. A slightly more seasoned guy arrived, quoted another $1773.00 to get it "properly" fixed. We tried to negotiate by asking to minus the first bill $1000.0 & we would pay the extra $773.00. Well, Mr. ********************** told us to take a hike. The drain line repair plus is still outstanding today. Mr. **********************s own estimate: "To install a new ABS drain, connect to the new sewer in 2 different locations instead of the cross" according to their own written estimate and "expertise".     I would like to apologize for you feeling you were taken advantage of. It is our policy to use drop cloths and wear shoe covers within the home. We have discussed this situation with the technician.To clarify the drain issues. ************** came out to your home on a long weekend to respond to a plugged toilet. It was determined that it was not a plugged toilet but a blocked main sewer. He attempted to access the drain and clear the blockage from several locations within the home. Due to the configuration of the plumbing in your trailer he could not access the part of the drain that was blocked. The trailer has a cross tee connection from 2 separate toilets connecting together and does not allow the cables to go down the main sewer. He called his manager and it was suggested to expose the septic tank and attempt to go back up toward the trailer. This does not always work as there are sometimes multiple trailers connected to the same line. He was able to get back up the drain about ********************************************************* the drain. He called his manager and the manager came out to the site. We have done lots of work in this park and have had similar problems due to improper plumbing, poorly graded drains and no access to the system. It was determined that excavation was required where the cable was getting stuck. At this point they found an improper fitting (someone had drilled into the side of a pipe and manufactured a wye fitting). This caused the drain cables to become stuck on the improper piping. They were able to manually direct the cables up the line and were able to clear the blockage where the line exits the trailer at the cross tee. The manager discussed with the park manager ****** that this line would have to be replaced to remove the improper fittings and allow access for future. It was also explained to your husband at the same time that the cross fitting within your trailer should be removed because it would probably cause more issues. An estimate was provided to the park owner and once approval was given our staff returned to make the repairs to the park line. No dialogue from you or your husband about removing the cross fitting in your trailer was made. Unfortunately your drain blocked at the cross tee again. You called our company and another technician attended. He was able to clear the blockage within your trailer again at the cross tee. After he completed the job you and /or your husband refused to pay for the service. He called our service manager and we agreed to waive the charge for you, but again suggested to remove the cross tee as it was continuing to cause issues as we had explained. An estimate to complete the repairs was given and we received no response to complete the work.
