If I could rate 0 stars I 100% would. This has got to be the most unprofessional business I've ever come into contact with. We had an appointment set for that they stood us up for. Didn't bother calling to let us know they weren't going to make it, so we waited around all day until finally calling it at 11:00PM. The next day they "apologized" and said they would "pencil us in". Called my mom's phone and when she didn't answer she called back within 2 min and they essentially said we're *** because she didn't answer her phone. THEN since I (her daughter) work from home, she gave him my number, told him to call me to set up another appointment. It's been 2 days and they haven't bothered to call. All of these events have happened in a span of a week. 1. What kind of business stands up a client all day without a single phone call even AFTER apologizing. We shouldn't have to followup with THEM. 2. What kind of business calls once and after 2 min writes us off ESPECIALLY when they stood us up the day before. They're regular business practice should AT LEAST include 2/3 calls. 3. What kind of business doesn't keep their word when they say they're sorry and will call to schedule an appointment again? It's unbelievably the worst experience I have EVER had and I wouldn't recommend these people even if they would do the job for free.
