This hotel is an absolutely disaster. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall and behind the paper is black mold, they moved a light in the shower and there is a live wire hanging, the front door has quarter inch gap in it, and very little heat.When complaining about the problems I was basically ignored.Please look at this business

This guest checked in early and had lots of time/opportunity to report the issue from the time she checked in. She stayed overnight without letting us know if she has any issue. Her key card case has 2 hotel phone numbers but she did not call , nor notify the hotel, since her room is only few steps away from the front desk. Otherwise, we could have move her to other room. She did not give the hotel a chance to rectify and resolve the issue. Instead, she insisted and pushed back to have her money back after she already stayed overnight. She was yelling at the staffs and tried to create a scene at the front desk when her refund request was denied. Her room is frequently requested by guests and we never had any reported complaints. In fact, the guest before her has booked the same room again after this guest left. We double checked the room but did not find any hanging live wire, instead, we found that she had purposely ripped off the wallpaper, and it seems that she have tried to ruin the room to have a reason for refund, there is also no gap at the door and she also failed to adjust the heater to full or she could have also requested us. We do not set it to high temp. as some guests do not like a very warm room. She was not ignored, rather she refused to listen but insist to get her money back. Her companion was at the car and very quiet and does not like to join her with her complaint. I hope this would shed light to lies that guests could create just to get refund after an overnight stay.
