            Paid 14k plus for a brand new hot water tank a few years ago. To. Date have had many issues with it. Finally the company admitted the manufacture had given a bad product. Company says they will install another tank. But we still need to pay 3k for the labour. Since the company admits it was a bad unit we should not have to incur any costs at all

            I was getting quotes on replacing our hot tank. They Were all around $1600 so I thought I would try Good Guys. I was told there would be a $89 plus tax call out fee and the install price was if it was up to code. When the fellow got here he started to list all the upgrades to bring it up to "their" standards of code which ended up adding around $500 to the $1600 quoted so I obviously said no and paid the call out fee. * *** * ********* ******* ******* * **** *** ***** ******** ** **********
