              ACE Courier picked up a package from our office to be delivered to *******. The package had a waybill slip that indicated 12pm delivery required. This service had been provided by ACE Courier to our office on many occasions. ACE Courier took the package and did not advise of any issues with the way bill. The package was not delivered until the following day. We are a law office and this caused our client to miss their court date. When confronted, ACE Courier advised that they had recently changed their operations and were now sending shipments to a sorting facility. They had not advised our office of these changes. Our office incurred significant expense due to ACE Couriers inability to delivery per instructions.

              Do not use this company! I have a video of the driver dragging and dropping our new upholstered bed from waist height which came from *********. Two of the side rails had to be replaced, the headboard I got repaired as it wasn't in a highly visible spot. I got the same story as the the reviews below but we were never offered insurance. The delivery driver could care less. I am contacting the owner first as this is clearly a pattern based on the reviews below. They dont tell you about insurance and don't even try to follow the directions on the item - which said - do not drag, drop - fragile etc. Nice that he unloaded right in front of my nest camera at least. That will be online if they don't pat me $446 for the replacement pieces, $200 for the repair and refund the delivery fee. This company is not reputable. ****** in *****************. The branch led me to believe they would reimburse me but the claims *************** told me to go pound sand. The quote says nothing about insurance. Im also going to go to the ************** and see if I can get restitution. I cant imagine losing thousands. Just because of that Im pursuing these guys relentlessly even tho my loss is less then $1000.00
