This place is a scam ****** lied on my credit application right off the start then tried telling me I needed to buy a *** from them in order to qualify for another pickup after the first pickup they sold me a year and couple months prior already had transmission issues with me only putting ****** KMs on it since I got it from them to bring it back to them to be told I didnt sign warranty. So instead he sells me a pickup with no price tag and lied and had me sign for he said paperwork on pickup to start process to find out he had me sign the start to the *** contract. Then made me leave there business with no contacts on the pickup or the ***. They made me wait a week to see the contracts and to have me finish the signing. When I read contract I am now in debt $60,000 for a 2021 Canyon and $42,000 in debt for a *** I refused. This place scams people and now wont answer phone to me. I need legal help to get out of this situation I can not afford to be $100,000 in debt for something I never wanted and was refused to get out off. I told them numerous times I was not interested in a *** but made me take it they even had it delivered to my house to make sure this scam happened. That *** goes for $12,000 with warranty out the door the contract says $18,900 then with 94month payment at **** percent interest that is now a $42,000 *** so the contract the lies and manipulation of this people have caused my family and I grief and looking for legal assistance to go after this place before I have to go bankrupt because of theses guys.
