I bought the car on October 21 at 5 PM for $36,500 and on October 22 in the morning after seeing the car had not charged overnight. Khris, your sales person brought me a replacement charger on that same morning (Sunday) but the replacement charger only worked intermittently and I was not happy with the car that didn’t work properly so I wanted a refund and I told him so that day. I went through many days of chasing Ben *** the sales manager. I showed up at the dealership three days after purchasing the car and told him I wanted my money back and I needed to buy a new car. he told me to find a new car And he would arrange to purchase it and trade it for the car that I had just bought so he sent me away in the same car again. I contacted him several times over the next few days and he was elusive and did not respond to my calls. Finally I showed up at the dealership again on the following Saturday (Oct 28)and left the car for him. I demanded to have my money back . My mom had lent me her car to use and she needed it back. I had to purchase a car so I went to the dealership and did not leave until I got my money. He made the check for $35,872.09 $628 less than what I had paid him for the car while Ben and James spent the week avoiding my calls. I don’t believe that it was reasonable or fair or ****** for Ben to reduce the amount of money that I paid for the car, especially by such a significant amount.
