              We ordered through Trail Appliance, and they asked Han Appliances to install the new 4 gas countertop stove burners in our house. The burner is smaller than our old one, and the technician put in a wooden strip at the front instead of at the back and said the back is uneven. When we cooked, we found out the burners were too far away for us to cook. The back burners are just back to back to the wall, so we could only put in a very small pot to cook. In addition, it is next to the wall and will contribute to fire hazards if we cook for a long time.We called them to relocate the wood strip to the back instead of at the front. They said they needed to charge us again for the installation fee, which is $350 plus taxes. They have professional knowledge and should have known how to install the burners properly the first time, but instead, they want to charge us double to redo the job that was not done properly.
