***** ****** **** ********* ***** ***** Every spring I spend hundreds of dollars at St Mary's Nursery. Last year I had 3 rose bushes die (which I never complained about) This year I called as a bush I purchased died. I was told at the time of purchase bushes have a 1 year + warranty. A second partially died. (Which I never complained about) The one plant I wanted to exchange is 2 months old from the time of purchase. I called a couple weeks ago and was told if I can't find my receipt I could send them the date and amount for their accountant to look up. "This was not preferred but they could do it, but would take a couple of days" (they said). When I called with the information they requested (May 22nd $******) I spoke to three people who all gave me a run around, they even asked for the name of the plant. Finally, I requested to speak to the manager or the accountant. The final lady I spoke with firmly said she needed a receipt. * ********* *** * ******** ***** *** **** ** ***** ** **** ********* I have my credit card statement and both tags are still attached to the bush"... She still said no and basically hung up on me ** * ********* **** * *** ***** ** ***** * ****** ******* **** ******* **** ** ***** **** **** * **** ***** *****  Thank you St Marys Nursery for the outstanding customer service!
