AJ came by March 29, 2024 to do a measure and estimate We contacted him in May, to mention that our fence is done, and its time for him to do the concrete, shown him a picture that we wanted to add more square footage on the project. He said that he does not want to get his shoes muddy to do the estimate again, and with the change we want it will add extra labor, etc. we said he can come over to redo the estimate and sit down on the new price, he said he will drop by the following weekday. Weekday came by, and he was a no show, I called and asked and he said he was so busy to come by, the next day while I was walking, I saw his truck at the neighbors, I called him and asked if he wanted to stop by to to the re-measure, he said we can't, I asked when will he come by, he responded he will come and do the job the following week, even without a new estimate. The whole week of June 17th came by and again he is a no show, I called him June 22, and asked why he was a no show, I mentioned the project has to be done, since our landscape is already scheduled in agreement with ********* rules, He responded that its not his fault that we made changes, and it our fault to change the original plan, we will get back in the line after the estimate, and if we don't like his estimate, then we will not get the deposit back. Then he said he will stop by June 24th since he said he is in the area. Again a NO show, I called and said we do not want his services anymore, he said then you don't get your deposit back and hung up! called again straight to voicemail.
