    On February 18th, 2022 I took my car to get my radiator, new upper and lower hose for the radiator installed, valve cover gasket and a thermostat replaced. I paid around $1,300 for the service because they would be required to wash out the radiator since my transmission oil had made its way into my radiator. They told me I had warranty for the parts for a year or every so many miles. Everything went well I had thought, until today. I had noticed a few weeks ago that the upper hose they installed had began to collapse as well as transmission oil still being in my radiator. I called the business and explained what I had found and they told me they would see me on June 1st, 2022. They inspected the car and had told me I needed a lower and upper hose for the radiator. I told them I had already paid for that the last time I was there so I didn’t understand why I had to pay for it again. They told me those parts didn’t have warranty so they were unable to have them replaced. I explained to them that I would not be paying $300+ more to fix something that they were supposed to fix in the first place. They said they couldn’t fix it unless I paid since it didn’t have warranty. They also told me that they didn’t clean out the radiator because it was “nearly impossible” to clean it out completely… again, this is a service I had paid to get done the first time so there shouldn’t have been an access amount of oil in my radiator. In conclusion, they definitely need to give me a refund for the things they’re refusing to fix because they didn’t do it right the first time. It’s not okay to take peoples money and not complete the tasks customers paid for and try to scam us into paying again for the service. They claim they can’t help me in any way and won’t give me my money back. It was never said to me that not all the parts had warranty. I paid for a service that was not completed and I believe I should get at least a refund. This was a very half done job. Not what I paid for.
