I purchased a building on 1/15/22 from this company via sales associate ******* **** The total cost came to $14,261. I asked ******* multiples times what the interest rate was or if there were any other fees associated since we were making payment installments. ******* advised that there was not. Ive been paying $600 a month since 1/15/22 and recently noticed only about $2,000 has come off of the balance. After calling the company today, the woman stated 56% goes to a rental fee and the rest goes to the cost of the building. This was never disclosed to us. Even in the contract, nowhere does it say 56% anything. This was a complete scam. We would have paid cash had this information been disclosed to us. We are requesting the company to right this wrong, and to count all of the payments that we have made (always on time) towards the cost of the building. We will not be paying the rest of it off in a lump sum cash. I am in utter shock at the dishonesty of this company and its employees.

I just realized there is a misspelled word in the complaint which could misconstrue the meaning of the complaint. At the end I stated "we will not be paying the rest of it off in a lump sum" it should state "we will NOW be paying it off in a lump sum." I am not sure if there is anything you can do to fix this. I appreciate your assistance.
