On or about July 17, 2020 kentuckiana roofing co. (******) made repairs to roof for new home owner policy. Bedroom interior ceiling had to be repaired. *** made 2nd repair of same leak invoice #1900. Required ceiling to be repaired. ****** made 3rd repair for same leak on later date and was finally successful. Ceiling was also repaired for third time. I spoke with **** for second and third repairs and was not charged. I was only charged for the first repair. On or about April 2023 I contacted ****** directly to request a new roof repair for mud room ceiling leak. See text. He was rude and unprofessional so I contacted office to schedule repair. Repair made by ****** for $300. ****** made 2nd repair same roof leak in mud room invoce #2912. I spoke with ***** on July 31 and requested he cancel invoice #2912 since I already paid $300 for original repair in April 2024. ***** stated he won't honor or warranty the repair made in April 2023. I reminded him that three repairs were needed to fix the repair job in 2020 and he only charged me once. I asked for him to stand behind the work and reminded him he set a precedent with the invoicing policy which he scoffed at. I told him I would like to settle the matter but I would contact the BBB and he also dismisssed this stating this is just a difference of opionions. I continued to share my concerns and he hung up the phone while I spoke. Never raised my voice or was rude. I am disappointed with the rude and unprofessional behavior. Inconsistent invoicing practices and the inability to fix roof leaks the first time. I have to make numerous ceiling repairs for the same leaks. I mentioned the numerous ceiling repairs and ***** stated it's not his problem, he does roof repairs. I want invoice #2912 balance zeroed out and no further contact. Current BBB rating inaccurate, something changed at co. and rating should reflect: repeated poor workmanship, inconsistent billing, rude and unprofessional behavior.
