              This apartment complex trying to charge me rent after I gave notice and moved out. I gave them my 30 day notices on May 17th so my last day is June 30th. I went and cleaned and turned the keys in June 20th. They added rent charges for the first of the month for July. I called everyday since I moved out and they still won't remove the charges. I don't want it to be held against me. I don't my credit getting messed up either. I don't know what else to do.

              I agree with the reviews from 03/29/2024 & 04/10/2024. The new management is NOW about retaliation, harassment, avoidance & lies. I went to the office to have maintenance issues (from 11/2023) addressed in February 2024. The office quit answering my calls. They would go to Voicemail & I would NOT get a return call. After going to the office with 3 complaints I was responded to with 3 LIES. I could go into more detail, but I am hoping to get outside help. My advice or recommendation is to AVOID this complex at ALL costs. You can do everything legally & abide by your lease and it doesn't matter at all. The office manager and her staff are RUDE & harassing if you try to stand up for what should be provided to you as a renter, basic maintenance & respect. Not retaliation and harassment.

              On Monday, February 5th at 4:44pm, Rebecca requested via email that she only be contacted by our representatives via email from that point on. However, Rebecca continued to visit the office in person and conducted herself in what was perceived as an inappropriate manor and was asked to leave. Every maintenance work order that has been input in our system has been completed. The on-site staff has chosen to exercise their right to give proper notice and non-renew Rebecca's lease. We truly value our residents' needs and feedback. We also value our dedicated employees, their treatment, and their safety.
