I want to be clear. I have paid you in full because I am a honorable person, and I uphold agreements when I make them. I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Clean Cuts throughout the entire job process. You have not stood by our agreement. It took six months for you to complete a job when you had initially quoted it to be completed in one week’s time. The quality of work has been subpar at best. Your business has done less than acceptable work. I have taken pictures to document it and will gladly share them with anyone who asks about your job performance. I want you to know that I have wrestled with whether or not to take you to small claims court. Not only have you not completed the original job to an acceptable level, you destroyed my property. I now have deep tire marks and ruts in my yard that were not there before you started the project. You altered the drainage ditch for the entire neighborhood that sits at the back of my property. Excess water no longer flows freely. The drainage ditch now has standing water anytime we receive a hard rain. I’m going to have to hire someone to fix the issues that you created. Hiring your company was supposed to resolve issues that I had, not create more. Your employee (who was high while on the job) spilled the deck paint, destroying property. I’m very glad that you were able to remove the paint that had adhered to my concrete patio and brick, but some of my patio furniture and flower pots were destroyed. I pray you use these valid points and concerns as constructive criticism to move forward in having a successful, reputable and profitable business. As for the review, I DO NOT recommend this business.
