    I would not recommend this company to any business. They are terrible to contact. Their "help desk" does not answer the phone most of the time, even when I paid extra for the 24 hour help desk membership. Finally I had enough of their horrible customer service & CEO that I decided to cancel their services. When I was trying to cancel my services with them, they would not answer my phone calls. I had to call from my brothers phone in order for them to answer. Then, when I was finally able to speak to the CEO, he spoke to me like I was a child stating that he "would cancel my services if I was 'nice to him' or 'behave'". Even after talking to him & finally getting my services cancelled (which took 2 months, when it should've took max 1 week), they still billed me for the next month, when I had in writing that my services were cancelled. To add onto this horribly managed business, I received an email in August for an unpaid invoice from last November. After I told them that I paid all my invoices and had all the corresponding withdrawals from my bank account, they still proceeded to ask me for proof of a payment I made 10 months ago. They not only have horrible record keeping, but are demanding a payment from 10 months ago & this is the first I am hearing about it. Plus my account is terminated with them, so there is no reason I should even be contacted by this company. I would not recommend this company to any business or individual unless you are looking to be overcharged and under appreciated.
