              We bought this home in 2016 & every year have called to get help with the roof as the shingles flap in the wind, break & roll and stick up & every year they have some excuse to not completely correct the issue…no one stays in the warranty department so I have to rehash everything again!!! I am furious that I can’t get resolution on a person’s biggest purchase…. They think ignoring this will make it go away!! I will not be silenced any longer… I have no $$ no political power so that makes my voice very small so I need a bigger platform & just pray u can help!!! Thank you ??

              Terrible. Unprofessional. You think your building a new home, so that when you move in it will be move in ready and built professionally, but that is not the case. I would have been better hiring someone to renovate my old home, than move here in this "new build." Quality of products used with builders and their quality of work was awful. I have paint all over my floor, gaps in my floors, doors not all the way painted, some kind of sticky brown substance all over my floors, I could go on and on... But they have exhausted me too much, needless to say I am extremely disappointed.
