Electrical installation in kitchen resulted to the wiring to sump pump was compromised therefore does not work from the original electrical box only by use of a electrical extension cord from outside. The sump pump was working properly and had been recently replaced $500. In kitchen renovations I had story electrical add a few outlets in the kitchen; however in doing so the outlet to sump pump was disconnected. I contacted story electric numerous times over the period of time in regards to this issue. The electrical that did the work is no longer employed by Story Electric … I hired Story Electric not the electrician ***** ****. I hold Story Ekectric responsible for the issue and want it resolved. In the last 2 attempts requesting date & time for electrical to repair I have gotten no response. When they came back to pick up their sweat shirt & flashlight I got a bill for $75 service call …their work should be covered…I sent note that I refused to pay the $75 charge. Now they won’t respond to emails. The original bill was $1700 ..I paid $1,000 until the issue is corrected .. The work should be under warranty. Resolution Requested. I have uploaded the most recent bill for tripped outlet …they were the last people there …I was in Florida working I shouldn’t be charged for their error. I will have to look for the $1700 bill with balance of $700… I paid $1,000 on my debit card and do not authorize any further payments until the issue is resolved.
