He knows *****! I have a highly modified 2001 Lightning. I live in Somerset and I had taken it to several shops and nobody fixed it, as a matter of fact, it became obvious that no one really wanted to work on it. I called Mr. Blankenship and described the problem - he was eager to have the opportunity to work on it. I had to haul the truck to him. I did not have an appointment, but he said he would try to work it in. About a week later, to my surprise, he called and said it was fixed. He had gone almost directly to the problem which was in the fuel system - which is rather complicated on a Lightning. The charge was very reasonable and I drove the truck home as a highly pleased customer. Mr. Blankenship had come to the shop on a Saturday morning especially to let me pick-up the truck. He was very personable and truly wants to have satisfied customers. I will take the truck back to him anytime I have a problem. He also loves Fairlanes and Torinos. I have a 68 Torino that I special ordered in 1968.
