      2015 Fiat 500 with 76k miles. A/C went out. Paid dealership's service center almost $700.00 to service the a/c after their service tech determined the need to only add freon. I was originally quoted much higher however after much negotiation over the phone, the dealership talked me into getting it serviced. I hope they recorded this conversation for training purposes. The following day the vehicle the a/c failed to work. Had to arrange yet another drop off for additional service. The service center originally misrepresented a complete vacuum seal check to insure freon was contained. I had originally asked that question!!!! After a week of having my car in the shop the service center called and emailed me an additional estimated quote of $1941.24. This was the replacement of a condenser and recharging the system. When I had originally returned the car to service the a/c again; they had verbally advised my issue now requires a condenser replacement at the total cost of $450.00 labor and parts (agreed upon price) including the use of a used part. This place has a 1 star rating for a reason. If someone takes a good look into the service history, I wonder how often they add additional cost and charges. They'll dismiss this complaint, just as they have with others. You've been warned.

      The 2015 Fiat 500 was brought to our service center for a non-functioning A/C system. The initial diagnosis indicated a low refrigerant charge with no visible leaks during a dye test. We performed an evacuation and recharge, and the A/C was functioning upon completion. We also waived the diagnostic fee as a courtesy. After picking up the vehicle, the A/C system malfunctioned again. Further inspection revealed a leak near the condenser, which we replaced at a negotiated price to fit your budget. During the condenser installation, we found that the lines could not be properly sealed due to the prior replacement of the radiator by someone outside our repair facility, which caused the lines to bend. Throughout the repair process, we accommodated your schedule and budget. We were transparent about the initial diagnosis, the discovery of the condenser leak, and the unforeseen issue with the bent lines, which was not due to any negligence on our part. We value your feedback and take all customer complaints seriously. We believe our team acted in good faith and provided the best possible service under the circumstances.       Have been buying cars and having cars serviced since 1983. The last time I was there I wanted an oil sending unit installed on my car. The dealership refused. The car part was under warranty. The oil sending or oil pressor sensor had been replaced on 5/13/19,10/24/20, and on7/14/2021. I had to take the car to another dealer who refused to honor the GM warranty because they would not allow labor cost which is a service only provided by the dealer who originally installs the part. In March of 2022 I had to take the car to an independent garage for another diagnosis before they could determine the problem. I went to a GM dealer and got the part which is GM part number 12674782 and had it replaced at a cost of $259.14. Earlier on 02/21/2022, I received this message via E-mail from the dealership. " Our goal is to deliver superior service to our customers. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to meet that goal with you and see that you left a 1-star Google review for our business this past weekend. We think it’s in both our interests for you to take your vehicle elsewhere for service. We are cancelling your appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow, 2/22, at 8 am." Once again, the dealership would not install the oil sensor for what would have been the fourth time.

      The owner or his daughter under his direction told me I was no longer welcome at their Corydon service center
